The hotel was stunningly beautiful with peaceful location very close to all shops, bars and restaurants, the ski slopes and restaurants. I enjoyed convenient placing of a dishwasher, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven in the apartment. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, my stay lasted for 5 nights. In general the service was terrific.

The rooms were outstanding and exceptionally nice, featuring a dishwasher, electric kettle, and microwave oven. the service was terrific, and the facilities were excellent, including a lovely pool. the location was peaceful and conveniently close to the center. I was pleasantly surprised by the nearby dock cafe, which offered some delightful goodies and drinks.

This hotel is located in a peaceful area surrounded by mountains, perfect for families. the spacious apartments come with well, equipped kitchens, ski lockers, and parking. the spa area includes an indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room, and a gym. Some clients had the advantage of being upgraded from a one, bed to a two, bed apartment for the same price which shows good staff service.

Some clients had trouble communicating with the English, speaking reception staff and found the internet service unreliable at times, as it required a lengthy login process and constant logouts.

The staff were so sweet and helpful, making my stay enjoyable from start to finish. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep after a day on the slopes. The indoor swimming pool and spa facilities were a great way to unwind and relax. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi in public areas, which was a bonus. I had a fantastic experience at this place!

Great value for money - above average accommodation at reasonable prices. The location was excellent for exploring the surroundings of the city and conveniently placed close to public transport links. The facilities were fantastic, particularly the pool and sauna. We especially enjoyed the bakery delivery service, which provided fresh bread daily.

Our room faced noisy streets, so it was challenging to get a good night's sleep. The lack of staff after certain hours made it difficult to report complaints quickly.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms and beautiful views of the mountains. The shuttle service to the ski area was very convenient and the staff were helpful. We enjoyed the pool facilities and being able to order bread for morning delivery.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the holiday decorations in the lobby, as well as the cozy fireplace. The pool was a nice place to relax and we appreciated the complimentary towels. The location of the hotel was convenient for skiing, with ski-in/ski-out access and a nearby lift. We also enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from our room.

We were disappointed with some aspects of our stay. The beds were uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the room was not cleaned properly on our first day, with dust and dirt still present in certain areas. We were also surprised by the lack of amenities in the kitchen, which made it difficult to cook our own meals. while we enjoyed some aspects of our stay here, there were too many negatives that made our experience less enjoyable.

We had a great New Year experience at this hotel. the facilities were excellent, including a nice indoor pool and sauna. the spacious apartment had a balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. the key location was away from busy roads, providing a quiet spot amidst the mountains. the regular mini bus service was convenient for accessing the main ski lifts.

The pool was very cold and not heated properly, making it uncomfortable for swimming. the director of the hotel was rude and sarcastic, which made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.
